About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically qualified Technical Recruiter who is passionate about identifying, attracting and hiring high-quality technology professionals. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of modern technology and experience recruiting specialized technical talent across areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Cloud, IoT, Snowflake, Databricks, SAP, Software Engineering and related emerging technologies.

This is a hands-on recruitment role requiring the ability to understand technical job requirements, identify suitable candidates, conduct initial technical/functional screening and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology positions, from requirement understanding through candidate onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand manpower requirements and translate them into effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, recruitment databases and other innovative sourcing channels.
- Identify and recruit highly skilled professionals in specialized technology areas.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for technical background, experience, communication skills, career progression and cultural fit.
- Develop a strong understanding of emerging technologies and the skill sets associated with them.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology professionals for current and future requirements.




- Handle multiple positions and recruitment mandates simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Coordinate technical interviews, management interviews, salary negotiations, reference checks and offer processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and regularly report recruitment pipeline, closures, ageing positions and sourcing effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a network of high-quality technology professionals and passive candidates.
- Work proactively on difficult-to-fill and niche technology positions.
- Support employer branding and initiatives to attract high-quality technical talent.
- Continuously identify new recruitment channels, tools and techniques to improve hiring effectiveness.

Technology Recruitment Experience : The candidate should have demonstrated experience recruiting for high-technology / specialized technology roles, preferably in several of the following areas:

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 4+ years of HR / recruitment experience, with significant exposure to technical recruitment.
- Genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition, rather than treating recruitment purely as an administrative HR function.
- Technically oriented and capable of understanding technology terminology, architectures, platforms and skill requirements.
- Comfortable discussing technical roles with engineers, architects, technology leaders and hiring managers.
- Excellent candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Highly proactive, persistent and target-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
