Techinical Recruiter - Europe/UK

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions across Europe and UK, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts within the IT industry to identify and attract top talent.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Conduct initial and final interviews with shortlisted candidates, making recommendations for hire.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the UK IT industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment services, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the UK and Europe.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Technical Skills & Experience

- Strong understanding of recruitment software and systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Experience with social media platforms and online recruitment tools, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau.
- Ability to work with remote teams and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Experience with cultural and language differences, particularly in a European and UK context.
- Strong knowledge of IT and technology industry trends, including emerging technologies and industry developments.

Preferred Qualifications

- UK IT Recruiter experience, with a strong network of contacts within the industry.
- End-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
- Experience working with clients across Europe and UK, with a strong understanding of local recruitment laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment tools and technologies, including those related to IT and technology.
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Experience with talent management and employer branding initiatives, including social media and employee advocacy.
