Role Description The Technical Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The individual in this role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and project-related positions across multiple locations and business units.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, developing effective talent pipelines, and using various channels (job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal databases) to attract qualified candidates.

Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records, ensure a positive candidate experience, support onboarding activities, and adhere to company policies and compliance standards. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes, and collaborating closely with HR and operations teams to meet staffing needs in a timely manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess Technical Recruiting and Hiring capabilities to fill specialized roles in engineering, projects, and related technical functions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and engage effectively with candidates.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously are expected.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is desirable.
- Knowledge of local labor regulations and hiring practices, along with a demonstrated commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory recruitment, is advantageous.

Qualification : Fresh Engineering Graduate or Diploma Holder with good communication skills. Compensation : As per industry Standard plus free bachelors accommodation (Sharing basis)
