About the Role

Unite Computech Info India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our US Staffing team in Vadodara.

We are seeking a recruitment professional with hands-on experience in US IT Staffing / US Technical Recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and a good understanding of technical hiring requirements.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with US recruitment processes, engaging technical professionals, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, TechFetch, and other relevant recruitment platforms.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and work authorization.
- Conduct pre-screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Utilize Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn sourcing, and other advanced sourcing techniques.




- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/resume databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and support timely closures.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–6 years of relevant experience in US IT Staffing / US Technical Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and US work authorization.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and TechFetch.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean Search and X-Ray Search.
- Good understanding of technical IT roles and technologies.
- Experience with resume screening, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US Staffing environment.
- Experience working with US State clients will be an added advantage.
