Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Tirupati, Noida, Hyderabad

Timings: 7PM to 4:30AM

- Experience 0 to 3 Years
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, technical skills, experience levels, and hiring priorities.
- Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, qualified networks, databases, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Use Boolean search techniques to identify suitable candidates.
- Review and evaluate resumes based on technical skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, availability, and career interests.
- Verify candidates' work authorization and employment eligibility according to client requirements.
- Discuss compensation, contract terms, location, availability, and other relevant details with candidates.




- Present qualified candidates to clients or hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and clients regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring decisions.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation/rates when required and assist with the offer process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, interview status, and follow-up activities in the ATS/CRM.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and submission targets.
