We're Hiring: Technical Recruiter

ABOUT THE ROLE

Own end-to-end hiring of tech and support roles for Arcot Group companies ( Arcitech.ai , AllTalent.com , Haire.ai , ProSchool.ai and internal projects) and external client mandates.

This is a hands-on, target-driven role focused on active, outbound sourcing, not just processing applications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Run intake meetings with hiring managers on tech stack, must-have skills, budget, and location
- Source actively via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, and communities
- Build talent pools for developers, DevOps/Cloud, Data/AI/ML, QA, product/business analysts, and support roles
- Screen candidates on technical skills, projects, communication, CTC, and notice period
- Coordinate assessments and interviews,



and present shortlists with structured notes
- Manage offers and negotiation, and keep candidates engaged until joining
- Keep the ATS updated and track funnel metrics (identified → contacted → screened → offered → joined), marking sourced vs applied
- Share weekly pipeline updates and market insights on salaries, skill shortages, and trends

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Graduate (any discipline); HR / IT specialization is a plus
- 2–5 years in technical recruitment / IT staffing, preferably at a startup or staffing firm
- Hands-on with LinkedIn advanced search, Naukri, Indeed, and Boolean strings
- Understanding of tech terms such as Python, React, Node, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL/NoSQL
- Comfortable with targets, SLAs, and multiple open roles
- Structured, persistent, strong communicator with high ownership
