Role overview

AM Infoweb is looking for a dedicated recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, experience handling bulk hiring, and the ability to close positions efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage bulk hiring for various roles as per company requirements.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s/master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT/BPO industries.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
