# Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time positions.

Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Negotiate compensation rates and employment terms with candidates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies.

Manage candidate records and recruitment activities through ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or similar tools.

Collaborate with account managers, clients,



and vendors to fulfill staffing requirements.

Post job openings on multiple platforms and social media channels.

Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular recruitment reports.

- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle..

Timings:- 6PM to 3AM

Location:- In office(vadodara)

Pay: ₹20,742.02 - ₹55,514.71 per month
