- We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end implementation projects from design through cutover and go-live.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale implementation programs, managing project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead projects from planning, design, execution, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and project milestones.
- Track and manage project scope, cost, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and critical deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, clients, business partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Drive SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), deployment readiness assessments, cutover planning, and production go-live activities.
- Manage change requests and ensure timely resolution of project issues and roadblocks.
- Provide regular project status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and management updates.
- Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget,



quality standards, and business objectives.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as required to achieve project goals.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and implementation outcomes.
- Support project transition activities including hypercare, post-implementation reviews, and operational handover.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 12-15 Years

Required Skills
- 12–15 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong implementation project management experience.
- Hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Strong design-to-cutover and go-live management experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Robust experience in risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
- PMP and PRINCE2 certifications are mandatory.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations and transformation initiatives.
- Strong governance, project controls, and delivery management expertise.
