Qualifications

- 15+ years of overall software industry experience.

- 5+ years in a dedicated Project Management / Scrum Master role.

- Robust knowledge of PMI, Scrum, and Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Lean, SAFe,



LeSS, or XP.

- Expertise in User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and burndown/burnup techniques.

- Working-level, hands-on experience with .NET, React, Node.js, and Python.

- Knowledge of software architecture, cloud hosting, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA/PHI).

- Familiarity with GenAI platforms, AI-powered testing tools, RPA, and low-code integrations.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

- Proven experience managing Scrum-based software development teams, with an interest or track record in AI-driven engineering practices.
