- Oversee designated machine processes and develop operational plans; complete LBU activities in accordance with FX and AME requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed micro-schedules for project execution and machine-related activities.
- Interact with customers on a daily basis and address open action items, concerns, and requirements promptly.
- Review daily input data and monitor machine status on the shop floor to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Provide hands-on support during machine setup, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless onsite execution.
- Ensure all New Product Introduction (NPI) documentation is prepared, compiled, and maintained as per organizational requirements.
- Deliver assigned projects within established timelines, budgets, and resource constraints while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Submit comprehensive project reports, including CPK, machine capability, yield rates, MIL, FACA, and CCB. Validate process capability, quality performance, and readiness for production ramp-up.
- Participate in DFM and SOP design reviews and collaborate closely with the Design Team on technical discussions and implementation requirements.
