About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with 10–12 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex technology programs and cross-functional initiatives that are critical to our clients' success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background coupled with exceptional program and project management skills.

You will work closely with engineering, product management, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure the seamless execution of multiple initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving project delivery, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The role offers an exciting opportunity to influence large-scale technology projects and contribute to innovative solutions that impact our clients worldwide.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10–12 years of experience in technical project or program management,



with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology initiatives. A strong technical foundation is essential, with familiarity in software development, system architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and technical dependencies. Candidates should demonstrate experience managing multiple workstreams across diverse teams, along with excellent stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira is required. Superior communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.

Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are highly preferred, along with a background in software engineering, cloud technologies, or enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, business, and client teams to define project scope, requirements, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive cross-functional coordination, monitor project dependencies, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to resolve blockers proactively.
- Translate business needs into clear technical discussions,



ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding of technical solutions and project objectives.
- Oversee project progress, manage resources, and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain transparent communication with internal teams and external clients, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and key milestones.
- Implement and promote Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, tracking, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
