About the Role

- We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex software and AI-enabled technology projects

- You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product, and engineering - driving Agile delivery while staying technically fluent enough to engage in architecture, dependency, and risk conversations with developers, architects, and DevOps teams

- This role suits someone who can plan and govern delivery with rigor while genuinely understanding the technology being built

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning Delivery Own projects from initiation through development, testing, deployment, and production handover

- Define scope, milestones, timelines, and resourcing; maintain project and release plans

- Track progress against scope, quality, and timeline commitments; manage scope changes through proper impact assessment and approval

- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

- Agile Delivery Management Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies - sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives

- Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and user stories alongside Product/BA teams

- Monitor sprint velocity, capacity, and delivery commitments; ensure clean release and change management

- Technical Leadership Participate in architecture and technical discussions covering APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and security

- Coordinate dependencies across frontend, backend, data, AI, and infrastructure teams





- Translate technical complexity into clear, business-friendly status updates for leadership and stakeholders

- Stakeholder Team Coordination Serve as the primary point of coordination between business, product, and engineering

- Manage communication with senior stakeholders; provide regular, transparent status reporting

- Remove blockers, manage escalations, and keep cross-functional teams aligned to objectives

- Governance Reporting Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards in Jira/Confluence (or equivalent)

- Report on milestones, risks, resource utilization, and quality metrics

- Define and track delivery KPIs; run project health checks and corrective actions as needed

Required Skills Experience

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (Masters a plus)

- 4-7 years in software/technology environments, with 3+ years managing technical software projects end-to-end

- Strong grasp of SDLC, software architecture, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)

- Working knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, monitoring/observability, and authentication access concepts (OAuth 2.0, RBAC)

- Practical exposure to modern web stacks (eg, React/Nextjs, Nodejs) and integration ecosystems (M365, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, third-party APIs)



- enough to understand technical trade-offs, not necessarily hands-on coding

- Working understanding of AI/GenAI concepts - LLMs, RAG, and AI agent workflows - and how they factor into delivery risk and planning

- Proven Agile/Scrum project management experience with cross-functional engineering teams

- Hands-on experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or MS Project

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM / Secure certification

- Experience delivering SaaS, enterprise software, or AI/GenAI-enabled products

- Experience with cloud migration, cloud-native applications, or DevSecOps practices

- Prior hands-on background as a Developer, Tech Lead, or Solution Architect

- Experience working with distributed/global teams
