About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end software projects. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of software development, project delivery, client communication, and technical team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with developers, technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks in collaboration with development teams.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- Manage project resources and ensure effective allocation and utilization.
- Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and technical dependencies.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.




- Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and tracking.
- Follow Agile/Scrum practices and support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong working relationships.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing software/IT projects from planning to delivery.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to work closely with development teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and project dependencies.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
- Experience working on Salesforce projects is an added advantage.
