Technical Project Manager - Infrastructure Location: India, Hyderabad & Remote

Requirements

- Hands on IT Infrastructure experience, with significant experience in project coordination or project management.
- Proven experience in leading Infrastructure projects or Infrastructure Project Support.
- Experience working with multiple technical teams and managing cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux infrastructure.
- Good understanding of Cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure and/or GCP.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure areas such as: Servers - Windows/Linux, Azure/Cloud Infrastructure, Database, Network, Backup & Storage, Monitoring, Security, Disaster Recovery
- Previous experience in executing or supporting Infrastructure Migration, Transformation, Upgrade, Consolidation, or Optimization projects will be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle, including planning, execution, tracking, risk management, reporting, and closure.
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and Change Management.
- Ability to work with technical teams and understand infrastructure-level technical discussions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to independently conduct customer calls and project governance meetings.
- Comfortable communicating with technical teams, application owners, management, and senior customer stakeholders.
- Ability to explain technical issues and project risks in a simple and business-friendly manner.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and conflict-resolution skills.




- Strong experience in creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to prepare: Weekly/Monthly Project Status Reports, Management Dashboards, Project Review Presentations, RAID Logs, Project Plans, Migration/Implementation Plans, Executive-Level Presentations
- Should be confident in presenting project updates directly to customers and senior management.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.

- Lead and manage Infrastructure projects and project support activities across Windows, Linux, Cloud, Database, Network, Monitoring, Security, and related infrastructure areas.
- Act as the primary coordination point between technical teams, application teams, customers, vendors, and management.
- Plan, coordinate, and track infrastructure project activities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.




- Manage project schedules and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, RAID management, action tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Prepare and deliver project presentations, status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Conduct regular customer and internal stakeholder meetings and confidently present project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Identify project risks and dependencies and work with respective teams to drive them to closure.
- Coordinate with multiple infrastructure towers such as Cloud, Windows, Linux, Database, Network, Security, Backup, Monitoring, and Storage.
- Support infrastructure transformation, migration, modernization, optimization, and decommissioning initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation, project handover, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
- Work closely with technical leads to understand technical challenges and translate them into project-level actions and decisions.
- Track project performance against scope, timeline, quality, and expected outcomes.
- Participate in customer governance meetings and provide clear and concise updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Management processes.
