Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and technically proficient Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of digital products and custom software solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical execution and business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including development, design, QA, and client stakeholders.

You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources while fostering clear communication across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning Execution

Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end project delivery for web and mobile applications.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

Create detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and timelines using Agile methodologies.

Monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Identify and mitigate potential risks or blockers that could impact delivery.

Team Leadership Collaboration

Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

Ensure clear allocation of tasks and responsibilities across the project team.

Provide technical guidance or escalation support to resolve complex project challenges.

Client Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and project updates. Translate technical details into clear, business-friendly communication for stakeholders.

Manage client expectations, feedback loops, and change requests effectively.

Foster strong client relationships through transparency, consistency, and value delivery.





Quality Delivery Assurance

Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure deliverables meet functional and technical requirements.

Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for testing, deployment, and release management.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and process optimization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

4-7 years of experience in project management within a software development or IT services setting.

Proven experience managing Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban).

Strong understanding of SDLC, product lifecycle management, and DevOps practices.

Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Technical skills required:

Agile Project Management (Scrum, Kanban)

Technical understanding of web/mobile architecture, APIs, and integrations

Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools

Risk management and stakeholder communication

Resource and time management

Sprint planning backlog prioritization

Budgeting and cost estimation

Quality assurance and delivery tracking

Problem-solving and decision-making

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Certifications and nice -to-haves :

Certification in Agile/Scrum (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)

Experience with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or DevOps workflows

Exposure to UX/UI processes and design sprints

Previous experience in client-facing or delivery management roles
