About Us

Holmium Technologies is a Noida-based IIoT and embedded systems company. We design and build the hardware and software behind solar and industrial monitoring — dataloggers, Zero Export Controllers, PV-DG Sync units, and SCADA/RMS platforms — deployed at solar and industrial sites nationwide. We're looking for someone who can own the delivery of these projects end-to-end, from purchase order to customer acceptance.

About the Role

We're hiring a Project Manager to lead execution of projects involving Solar SCADA, Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS), IoT gateways, dataloggers, and industrial/electrical automation. This is a technical PM role — you'll need to understand electrical systems, PLC/SCADA, and communication protocols well enough to independently diagnose issues and drive them to resolution, not just track them on a spreadsheet.

What You'll Do

- Own assigned projects end-to-end: study BOQs, drawings and scope; build the execution plan, schedule, and resource/material plan; drive corrective action on delays.
- Be the single point of coordination across the customer, EPC contractor, site team, and internal engineering/production/purchase/dispatch teams.
- Own the customer relationship at the project level — kickoff, technical discussions, status reporting, escalations, and final acceptance.
- Track project cost against budget and support billing-milestone achievement.
- Plan site mobilization and drive installation, testing,



commissioning, and punch-point closure through to customer sign-off.
- Lead project/field engineers, run project governance (progress, risk, material, schedule), and maintain a live risk register.
- Ensure clean project closure: as-built documentation, material reconciliation, warranty handover, and lessons learned.

What We're Looking For

- 5–10 years executing or managing technical projects in Solar EPC, SCADA/industrial automation, electrical/power distribution, or IoT-based Remote Monitoring Systems.
- Hands-on exposure to at least two of: PLC (Siemens/Delta/Allen-Bradley/Schneider), SCADA/HMI platforms, Modbus RTU/TCP, RS-485, IoT/RTU gateways, solar inverters or PV systems, HT/LT panels & switchgear.
- Demonstrated ownership (not just coordination) of a project budget, schedule, or direct customer account.
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, or Automation.
- Comfortable with high travel to project and site locations across India.

Nice to Have

- Working knowledge of MS Project (or equivalent), AutoCAD/electrical drawing tools, and ERP/PM software.
- Prior experience with solar EPC contractors, solar inverter OEMs, or industrial automation system integrators.
