Role Summary

Lead the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, managing Agile Scrum teams through the full SDLC. Combines hands-on technical project management with robust stakeholder, risk and communication leadership to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery

Skills & Experience

Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or Certified Scrum Master certification highly desirable.

- Proven experience managing software development projects end to end across the full SDLC.

Domain experience to Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management or Financial Services.

- Demonstrated experience leading Agile Scrum teams as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead.
- Strong stakeholder and risk management capability across cross-functional teams.




- Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of development projects – planning, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing and tracking across the full SDLC.
- Lead Agile Scrum teams and facilitate all ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives); coach the team and remove impediments.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, business and delivery stakeholders, translating requirements into solutions and communicating progress clearly.
- Proactively identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues, with contingency plans for foreseen delays.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, security and compliance standards, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members and support recruitment activities.
