About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Mobile Application Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our mobile products. You will bridge engineering, design, and business stakeholders - owning project planning, technical direction, and delivery quality for cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android). This role requires someone who can speak the language of engineers while managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations like a seasoned PM.

Key Responsibilities

· Own end-to-end delivery of mobile application projects, from scoping through release

· Translate business requirements into technical project plans, sprints, and milestones

· Work closely with mobile developers (React Native/Flutter/native iOS & Android) to plan sprints and unblock technical issues

· Drive architecture and technical decision discussions alongside engineering leads

· Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and budgets

· Coordinate across design, backend, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth releases

· Own app store release planning and coordination (Play Store / App Store submissions)

· Set up and maintain project tracking, reporting, and status communication for stakeholders

· Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

· Identify process improvements and drive engineering delivery efficiency

· Manage client or cross-functional stakeholder communication for mobile initiatives





Required Skills & Qualifications

· 8+ years of experience in technical project/program management, with a significant portion in mobile application delivery

· Strong technical understanding of mobile development (React Native, Flutter, native iOS/Android) - enough to review technical decisions, not just track tasks

· Proven track record of delivering mobile apps live on the App Store and/or Google Play Store

· Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)

· Experience managing cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, DevOps)

· Strong understanding of API integrations, backend dependencies, and release pipelines

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with non-technical stakeholders

· Strong risk management and problem-solving skills under delivery pressure

· Experience with project tracking and roadmap tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)

Positive to Have

· PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification

· Prior hands-on development background in mobile technologies

· Experience delivering e-commerce or fintech mobile applications

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Fastlane, Bitrise, Codemagic)

· Experience managing multiple concurrent mobile projects/teams

Pay: ₹547,576.31 - ₹2,152,080.79 per year
