Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong Banking and Financial Services domain expertise to lead customer-facing technology programs. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, oversee project financials, and ensure successful execution of digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple BFS technology projects from initiation through production deployment.

- Serve as the primary customer-facing delivery lead.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

- Coordinate activities across business, product, development, QA, DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure teams.

- Lead Agile ceremonies, governance reviews, and executive status meetings.

- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

- Ensure adherence to PMO standards and compliance requirements.

- Manage vendor and third-party relationships.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Project/Program Management.





- 5+ years of Banking & Financial Services experience.

- Experience managing distributed onsite/offshore delivery teams.

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Protected, and traditional project management methodologies.

- Experience with cloud transformation, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise applications.

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or Scrum Master certification.

- Experience with digital banking, payments, lending, treasury, or wealth management platforms.

- Experience managing large-scale transformation programs ($1M+ budgets).

- Exposure to AI-enabled modernization and automation initiatives.
