Job Summary -

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Management with strong expertise in Android App Development, Project Governance, SDLC, API ,Azure, Jira, Agile Project Management. The role will be responsible for driving mobile and web product requirements from requirement identification and gathering through design, development, testing, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working across iOS and Android applications, managing stakeholders, coordinating with design/marketing agencies, and collaborating with internal IT, engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage mobile app and web requirements from requirement identification through final delivery.
- Gather, analyse, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional business teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and prioritize product requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with UI/UX and design agencies for mobile application frontend design and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal IT, Engineering, Development, QA, Product, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Understand existing business processes and identify areas for process/product improvement and digital transformation.
- Participate in solution identification, feasibility discussions, implementation, and post-release improvements.




- Demonstrate robust understanding of mobile application technologies, preferably iOS and Android.
- Manage software projects and coordinate with software development teams using Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Estimate resources and participants required to achieve project objectives.
- Track project progress and proactively manage project dependencies, critical paths, risks, issues, and conflicts.
- Prepare project documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, functional specifications, project plans, status updates, and presentations.
- Develop short-term and long-term project plans aligned with business priorities and objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive issue resolution and ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

- 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis / Digital / Mobile Application domain.
- Relevant experience working on Mobile Apps across iOS and Android platforms.




- Strong understanding of Mobile Application Development Lifecycle (MADLC) and software development lifecycle.
- Strong experience in Business Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Functional Specifications, and Documentation.
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Good understanding of Jira / Confluence or similar Agile project management tools.
- Knowledge of API, system integrations, interfaces, and backend dependencies required for mobile applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to perform root-cause analysis, problem isolation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong ownership, execution focus, and bias for action.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.MBA / equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile : The ideal candidate is a Senior Business Analyst / Digital Business Analyst / Mobile Business Analyst who has worked on customer-facing mobile or digital products and can effectively bridge the gap between business, product, design, technology, and QA teams.

Candidates with experience in Digital Platforms are highly preferred.
