We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage data engineering projects, technical teams, project delivery, reporting, and client/stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of technical/data engineering projects.
- Lead and manage Data Engineers, Developers, and technical teams.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.
- Understand and manage projects involving Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, ETL/ELT, Cloud, and Data Engineering.
- Conduct project meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.




- Manage resource allocation, team workload, and project priorities.
- Identify and resolve project/technical risks and blockers.
- Ensure project quality, documentation, and delivery standards.

Required Skills:

- 810 years of experience in Technical Project Management / IT Project Management.
- Strong experience in people management and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, ETL/ELT, and Cloud platforms.
- Experience in preparing project reports, dashboards, MIS, and presentations.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing data engineering or cloud projects is preferred.
