- Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT sector, of which at least 3 years in a lead role (Functional Lead or Project Manager or Scrum Master)

- Salesforce experience would add weightage but not necessary.

Experience working in other enterprise application software's and CRMs is also okay.

- Very positive English Communication Skills both written and verbal.

- Very good Client Management Skills, including escalation management and project reportage to client stakeholders and management.

- Should have worked extensively in a client facing role.

- Project Management skills - project tracking, risk management, documentation, and delivery.

- Reasonably good understanding of technical matters and technology
