Position Name: Technical Project Coordinator

Qualification: BE / MBA or equivalent

Experience: 5-8 yr

Location: Pune

Purpose of the Position:

- Coordination with CFT from the Plant and in-house Engineering team for technical task
- Project Coordination and Tracking (Time, Cost & Quality) against Milestones
- Project document preparation for different forums like Pilot hall for Model year project etc.
- System release tracking (E.g P,B release)
- Co-ordination of Model year activities (implementation point of view) for various projects




- Compiled integrated response from SET/affected department to applicable changes

Authority :

- To be representative of Engineering team in different activities & different forums
- Reporting on critical parts/ status of project to boost escalation process
- Responding changes from Technology Center Pune prospective for Model year and Preseries changes for AVON postbox 05TECHMQB

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Coordination with CFT for project related technical tasks
- Ensuring project targets & milestones (time, cost, quality etc.)
- Timely reviewing the status of Project, checking the fulfillment of project milestones
- System Release tracking (e.g. Bill of material, MBT, FAKOM, B Release, BMG release)
- Reporting on project aspects in different forums to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
- Review the technical issues, possible or identified actions & plan for next stages of project.
- Responding changes from Technology Center Pune prospective for Model year and Preseries changes
