:

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to improve the efficiency, visibility, and discipline of Product and Engineering delivery.

The TPM will act as a Scrum Master and delivery facilitator, managing Sprint/Scrum processes, Jira and internal planning tools, while continuously improving delivery processes to maximize Product and Engineering bandwidth.

The role will also ensure that project timelines, blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks are clearly visible and proactively managed.

Roles and responsibilities:

Sprint / Scrum Operations

- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, and other delivery alignment meetings.
- Manage and continuously improve Sprint/Scrum processes to ensure effective prioritization, coordination, blocker resolution, and execution.
- Proactively identify missing requirements, dependencies, or decisions required for effective Sprint execution and coordinate with PMs, Engineering, and QA to resolve them.
- Support appropriate delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches depending on team and project needs.

Jira, Planning Tools & Process Improvement

- Manage and continuously improve Jira, internal Sprint Planning documents, project timelines, and other delivery tools.
- Ensure consistency and synchronization across Jira, planning documents, and actual project execution.
- Improve Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, templates, and delivery processes to provide clear and reliable execution visibility.
- Identify repetitive or inefficient coordination activities and drive standardization and automation where possible.
- Establish practical ground rules, templates, and processes that reduce administrative overhead for PMs and Engineers.

Project Execution Visibility & Timeline Management

- Maintain clear visibility of project status, timelines, priorities, ownership, blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks.




- Proactively identify potential delays and execution risks and ensure relevant stakeholders are informed early enough to take action.
- Drive clear ownership and follow-up for blockers, dependencies, and action items.
- Coordinate Cross-Domain dependencies and scheduling conflicts across Product, Engineering, Frontend, QA, Platform, and other relevant teams.

Release & Change Process

- Establish practical mechanisms and monitoring to ensure PM, Engineering, and QA teams follow required release, change-management, QA/UAT, and ITGC procedures without creating unnecessary delivery delays.
- Continuously identify and improve process gaps that create recurring release or approval bottlenecks.

Delivery Process & Continuous Improvement

- Monitor relevant delivery metrics such as throughput, cycle time, blockers, Sprint completion, and work-item aging, and use them to continuously improve delivery processes and Engineering/Product bandwidth.

Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, or similar technology delivery roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum, Sprint Management, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices.
- Strong experience with Jira, including boards, workflows, dashboards, backlog/Sprint management, and reporting.
- Proven experience coordinating software delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, and other technology teams.
- Strong project/program management skills covering timeline, dependency, blocker, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to identify inefficient delivery processes and translate them into practical process, tool, or automation improvements.
- Valuable understanding of SDLC, QA, release management, and technology delivery processes.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and ownership skills.

Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, or similar technology delivery roles.
