We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical foundation and an interest in project/program management within a fast-paced product and engineering environment.

Experience: 1-3Yrs.

Base Location : Gurugram (Remote)

Education: Bachelors / Masters in Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities -

1. Assist in coordinating product and engineering initiatives from planning through execution and release.
2. Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects. 3.Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items to ensure smooth execution.

4.Support project planning activities, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

5.Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation to keep teams aligned on priorities and deliverables.

6.Monitor project progress and proactively highlight potential risks, blockers, or delays.





7.Maintain project dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide visibility into project health.

What We're Looking For -

- 1-3 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Software Development, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

*Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

*Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualification

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments.
- Basic understanding of software architecture, APIs, or cloud technologies.
- Experience working with engineering or product teams during internships or full-time roles.
- Certifications such as Scrum Fundamentals, Agile Foundations, or PMP/CAPM (preferred but not mandatory).
