We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead complex Sustainability & Climate technology initiatives, including First Street integration and AWS-to-GCP migration.

This is a highly technical TPM role, not traditional project coordination.

? Role Overview

- Lead end-to-end programs across MSCI, First Street & AgileEngine engineering teams
- Drive First Street integration and AWS-to-GCP migration
- Manage technical workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks & blockers
- Work with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, integrations, databases & cloud
- Drive testing, validation, data reconciliation, cutover & production readiness
- Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting

✅ Must-Have

- 10+ years in Technical Program Management / Technical Delivery / Engineering Leadership
- Strong technical understanding of architecture, APIs, integrations & databases
- Strong AWS + GCP knowledge
- Hands-on AWS-to-GCP migration experience – MUST-HAVE
- Experience managing testing, validation, reconciliation, cutover & production readiness
- Strong risk, dependency & stakeholder management skills

- BigQuery / GCP data platforms
