We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex technology delivery across software engineering, data/integration and DevOps/cloud teams.
The role requires strong technical understanding of AWS and distributed systems, combined with program leadership, stakeholder management and AI-first engineering adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple engineering teams.
- Manage software engineering, data/BI/integration and DevOps workstreams.
- Work with customers and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements, epics and stories.
- Manage schedules, dependencies, RAID logs and status reporting.
- Drive Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery.
- Manage onshore/offshore teams.
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies.
- Present executive status updates.
- Partner with architects on technology roadmaps.
- Drive AI-assisted engineering adoption.
- Ensure security, compliance and HIPAA-aware practices.
Required Skills
- 12–15 years in Technical Program/Project Management.
- Experience managing complex multi-team engineering programs.
- Strong AWS knowledge.
- Distributed systems/cloud understanding.
- Experience across Data Engineering/BI and DevOps.
- Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
- JIRA/Confluence or similar.
- Solid stakeholder and client management.
- Onshore/offshore delivery experience.
- Practical AI coding/assistant tool familiarity.
Preferred: US healthcare/payer, consulting/professional services, Go, Python, Node.js, EKS/OpenShift, AWS Glue, Power BI, ACE and Terraform. Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
