About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Program Managerto lead technology initiatives spanning product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. This person translates high-level goals into workstreams and dependencies, working directly with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and technical blockers. Robust cloud knowledge and coordination across distributed teams are essential.

What you will do

- Lead the end-to-end technical program across MSCI engineering, First Street engineering, and AgileEngine engineering teams.
- Drive execution of the First Street product integration, including workflows, technical dependencies, testing, milestones, and delivery activities.
- Lead planning and coordination for the AWS-to-GCP cloud migration, including migration planning, dependencies, validation, parallel runs, testing, data reconciliation, and production cutover readiness.
- Translate high-level initiatives and backlog items into detailed workstreams, milestones, dependencies, sub-stories, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with engineering teams and technical leads to understand architecture, components, APIs/integrations, cloud services, databases, and technical dependencies, and help unblock technical issues.
- Coordinate engineering, testing, data, cloud, and product activities across multiple teams and actively manage dependencies.
- Establish structures and processes for roadmap and backlog tracking, risk management, issue escalation, and follow-up.
- Ensure milestones and delivery commitments are met, while transparently raising risks, blockers, dependencies, and deviations to senior stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute weekly program/status reports and present progress,



risks, decisions, and actions to relevant stakeholders and senior management.
- Work with engineering and business stakeholders to continuously refine the roadmap and detailed backlog as integration and migration work progresses.
- Drive effective collaboration across geographically distributed teams, particularly India and New York.
- Maintain a strong understanding of AWS and GCP and the mapping of AWS services and capabilities to GCP equivalents.
- Use AI-assisted tools and automation where they can improve program execution, engineering efficiency, reporting, and technical problem solving.

Must haves

- 10+ years of experience with strong technical program management, technical delivery, engineering leadership, or a comparable technical role.
- Proven experience leading complex technology programs involving multiple engineering teams and significant technical dependencies.
- Strong technical understanding of software systems, architecture, components, APIs/integrations, databases, and engineering delivery processes.
- Practical understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS and GCP, including how AWS services map to GCP services.
- Experience participating in or leading cloud migration programs; hands-on AWS-to-GCP migration experience is highly desirable.




- Ability to break down high-level programs into detailed technical workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans.
- Experience coordinating testing, validation, parallel runs, data reconciliation, release/cutover activities, and production readiness in complex technology programs.
- Strong ownership, follow-through, risk management, issue escalation, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting skills.
- Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

- Experience with GCP services and data platforms such as BigQuery.
- Familiarity with React-based applications and modern web product integration.
- Familiarity with Python and data/modeling workloads.
- Experience in Sustainability & Climate, physical risk, geospatial/data products, or the investment/financial-services domain.
- Experience working with geographically distributed engineering organizations across India and North America.
- Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools and automation to improve delivery, planning, reporting, or technical problem solving.
