Product Execution & Requirements

- Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria based on prioritized features.
- Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog with the Product Manager.
- Understand Vision, objectives, feature sets of the product.
- Validate completed work against business needs, user value, AI performance, and technical expectations.
- Balance new features, AI enhancements, technical debt, and bugs without compromising velocity or quality.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinements, and Retrospectives.

Technical Program Aspects

- Coordinate release planning and deployment readiness with Product, RTM and engineering leads.
- Identify and eliminate blockers across teams and dependencies.
- Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) and surface insights to improve predictability.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, self-organizing work environment while protecting the team from unnecessary distractions.

API & Integration Skills

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth), payload structures, error codes, and service interactions.
- Ability to review API contracts, debug integration issues, validate request/response flows, and coordinate versioning.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and dependency mapping.
- Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Llama), model APIs, integration patterns, and safety considerations.
