About The Job

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) — from ideation to delivery. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with product thinking and hands-on leadership.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, Design, Support, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Product &
- Project Lifecycle Management
- Own and manage the complete SDLC: planning, requirements, estimation, development, testing, and release.
- Define product scope, feasibility, and delivery timelines with stakeholders.
- Drive technical validation and support architectural decisions.
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution tracking.
- Technical Leadership &
- Engineering Oversight
- Guide development teams across:
- Node.js
- Express.js
- React.js
- MongoDB
- Redis
- OpenSearch / ClickHouse / Cassandra
- Ensure best practices in:
- RESTful APIs
- WebSockets
- Microservices architecture

- Support code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Align system architecture with scalability and business goals.




- Contribute to AI/ML integration strategies in modern applications.
- Process Governance &
- Delivery Excellence
- Track sprint velocity, task progress, and release cycles.
- Ensure strong QA practices, including bug tracking, test coverage, and UAT readiness.
- Oversee on-time and high-quality product releases.
- Maintain clear documentation and release notes.
- Stakeholder Management &
- Communication
- Act as the bridge between engineering and leadership.
- Provide weekly status reports, KPIs, and risk updates.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, Design, and Support.

Required Qualifications Must-Have Skills

- 6–10 years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years of experience in product/project leadership.
- Robust hands-on experience with:
- Node.js
- Express.js
- React.js
- MongoDB

- Experience with at least one of:

- OpenSearch
- ClickHouse
- Cassandra

- Strong knowledge of:

- REST APIs
- WebSockets
- Microservices

- Understanding of AI/ML integration concepts.
- Proven track record of delivering 2+ end-to-end products.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SaaS, monitoring tools, or infrastructure platforms.
- Exposure to:
- AWS / GCP / Azure
- CI/CD
- Docker
- Kubernetes

- Knowledge of observability tools, logging, AI/MLOps.
- Familiarity with QA automation and performance testing.
