About the Role A high-ownership role driving our core technology platform. You will own products from conception to deployment and ensure our systems scale as our global operations grow. The ideal candidate pairs strong product thinking with hands-on development experience and solid knowledge of backend systems, cloud infrastructure and scalable architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Software Development

- Apply hands-on development experience to contribute to technical discussions, review code-level implementation and evaluate architectural decisions for scalability, efficiency and engineering best practices.

- Product Ownership

- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and requirements to deployment and continuous improvement. Define the roadmap, prioritise features against business goals and create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications.

- Product Architecture

- Design scalable architectures for high-volume, real-time booking operations. Work with engineering on system design, database structures, API integrations and scalability, keeping solutions secure, reliable and maintainable.

- Technical Collaboration

- Bridge business stakeholders and engineering by translating requirements into effective technical solutions. Contribute to discussions on backend systems, infrastructure, integrations and deployment.

- Leadership & Execution

- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives. Own deliverables,



manage risks, remove bottlenecks and foster accountability and continuous improvement.

- Product Strategy

- Identify opportunities from customer feedback, operational insights and market trends, and use product metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and improve user experience.

Requirements

- 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in technology-driven organisations.

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills

- Robust familiarity with PHP and backend application architecture.

- Practical understanding of servers, hosting, deployment environments, APIs, databases and system performance.

- Hands-on AWS experience across cloud infrastructure and deployments (a significant advantage).

- Strong grasp of scalable product architecture and system design.

Preferred Experience

- High-growth startups, product-based tech companies, SaaS, marketplaces, B2B technology products or travel-tech.
