We are looking for skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineers to join our technical facility team. You will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of building infrastructure at client sites, ensuring zero downtime and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems
- Respond to technical breakdowns and ensure swift resolution
- Maintain maintenance logs, AMC records, and equipment registers
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for specialized repairs
- Conduct energy audits and support sustainability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety and fire norms
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance (commercial/hospital/IT park)
- Proficiency in operating HVAC systems, DG sets, UPS, fire panels, and BMS
- Valid electrical license (as applicable by state)
