Job Summary

As a Technical Lead to join our e-commerce organization for Order Processing Domain. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in microservices API integrations, software development, and e-commerce. The role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile working processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Solution Architect and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding architectural decisions and resolving technical challenges within the Order Processing domain.
- Foster continuous improvement, define OpenAPI specifications, and ensure compliance with coding standards, security, and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop software using modern technologies (PHP, Laravel, Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, MySQL/NoSQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, Playwright) and mentor developers to achieve successful project delivery.





Requirements

- Minimum 10 years in software architecture, including 3+ years in e-commerce environments.
- Skilled in PHP, Symfony, Laravel, Node.js, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GCP, Bamboo, MySQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, and Playwright.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, architecture principles, and scalable solution design.
- Proven experience leading development teams within Agile frameworks, with strong problem-solving skills and commitment to excellence.
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders; high level of English proficiency.
- Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
