Lead Engineer – Frontend UI Developer(Angular & IONIC App Development)

Designation: Technical Lead-UI

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Hybrid App & Web Architecture (Angular + Ionic) Architect, build, and maintain enterprise grade hybrid mobile apps and web applications using Angular and Ionic (Capacitor/Cordova). Expert-level knowledge of Angular (v14+ preferred), including directives, services,



lifecycle hooks, routing, and lazy loading Design scalable, reusable UI components and modules leveraging Angular best practices (RxJS, NgRx etc)
- Angular Mastery & Component Design Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Angular (v14 through latest), Build modular configurations utilizing Directives for clean DOM manipulation, Services for isolated business logic, and Lifecycle Hooks for precise state management. Implement structured Angular Routing and Lazy Loading to split code bundles, ensuring fast page load speeds. Design reusable UI widgets using RxJS for reactive, asynchronous streams and establish state management patterns (NgRx, Akita, or Signals) to maintain a single source of truth across complex views.
- Performance Tuning & Mobile Execution Minimize initial application load times by aggressively optimizing Ionic and Angular build bundles. Configure Ahead-of-Time (AOT) compilation, fine-tune tree-shaking parameters, implement aggressive asset caching, and minimize main-thread blocking to deliver smooth 60fps scrolling and transition animations. Maintain complete mastery over TypeScript (ES6+), HTML5, and advanced SCSS/CSS Custom Properties to dynamically handle Ionic global theming, dark/light modes, and custom branding profiles.
- Native Mobile Environments & App Shipping Manage local mobile compilation configurations inside Xcode (for iOS) and Android Studio (for Android).Independently resolve Gradle builds, Cocoa Pods dependency conflicts, and handle Apple Provisioning Profiles / Certificates.



Manage release-ready distributions, navigating the full lifecycle of publishing updates directly to Google Play and Apple App Store Connect.

Must Have Skills:

- Angular & Ionic Production Expertise: Must have hands-on experience building, signing, and deploying production hybrid apps using Angular 14+ and Ionic (Capacitor/Cordova). Architect, build, and maintain enterprise-grade hybrid mobile apps and web applications using Angular and Ionic (Capacitor/Cordova). Expert-level knowledge of Angular (v14+ preferred), including directives, services, lifecycle hooks, routing, and lazy loading Design scalable, reusable UI components and modules leveraging Angular best practices (RxJS, NgRx etc) .
- Responsive UI Execution & Performance Optimization: Must deliver pixel-perfect, responsive HTML5/SCSS layouts across all device viewports while maintaining a lag-free 60fps render speed. Optimize Ionic app bundles and web performance for maximum speed, fast startup times Proven track record of shipping production-ready apps using the Ionic framework backed by Capacitor or Cordova. Mastery of TypeScript, ES6+, HTML5, and advanced CSS/SCSS (including CSS custom properties for Ionic theming).
- Native Mobile Environment & Release Pipelines: Must independently configure build settings, manage provisioning certificates, and orchestrate app store release pipelines within Xcode and Android Studio. Hands-on experience configuring iOS (Xcode) and Android (Android Studio) build environments, provisioning profiles, and app store deployment. Strong command of reactive programming using RxJS and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
