Employment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Technical Lead who will be responsible for providing overall technical direction across projects and coordinating with different department leads to ensure smooth and technically aligned project execution.The Technical Lead will closely work with the leads of Backend, Web, Mobile App, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Product, and Project Management teams.This is not a full time backend development or coding role. The primary responsibility will be to understand overall project requirements, guide technical discussions, coordinate between department leads, identify cross-team dependencies, ensure proper technical documentation, review technical approaches, and support teams in resolving complex technical challenges.Key Responsibilities

- Understand project requirements from both business and technical perspectives.

- Participate in requirement discussions with stakeholders, Product, Project Management, and department leads.

- Coordinate with Backend, Web, Mobile App, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams.

- Conduct technical discussions with respective department leads before implementation.

- Ensure all teams have clarity on overall project flow and their technical responsibilities.





- Guide department leads in finalizing suitable technical approaches and implementation strategies.

- Identify technical dependencies between teams and ensure they are resolved at the planning stage.

- Review overall project architecture, application flow, integration approach, and technical feasibility.

- Ensure technical alignment between different departments.

- Support department leads in resolving complex technical or integration-related issues.

- Facilitate discussions whenever a technical decision impacts multiple teams.

- Ensure technical decisions are properly documented and communicated.

- Maintain alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.

- Participate in project planning, technical estimation, feasibility analysis, and delivery planning.

- Identify and communicate technical risks and dependencies.

- Conduct regular technical review discussions with department leads.

- Guide teams on security, scalability, performance, integration, deployment, and engineering best practices.

- Support UAT, production deployment, and critical production issue resolution from a technical leadership perspective.

- Mentor and guide department leads and senior technical team members where required.

- Encourage knowledge sharing and technical standardization across departments.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
