You should know enough to ask:

“Why?”

What you’ll do

Lead and coordinate developers across frontend, backend, Flutter, AI/ML and more.

Turn messy business requirements into clear technical plans.

Understand architecture, APIs, databases, cloud, risks and timelines.

Unblock teams and keep projects moving.

Own delivery from “Can we build this?” “It’s live.”

Work closely with founders, clients, Product and Sustainability teams.

You’ll fit in if

You have 2–4 years of solid software/engineering experience.





You understand how contemporary SaaS products are built.

You can think beyond your own stack.

You communicate well with both developers and non-tech teams.

You take ownership without needing constant follow-ups.

You’re curious, fast, organised and comfortable with startup chaos.

Bonus: AWS/Azure/GCP, AI/ML, Flutter, blockchain, SaaS, enterprise clients or climate-tech.
