We are looking for a Technical Lead / Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience to take end-to-end technical ownership of cloud and data engineering projects. The ideal candidate will combine solid hands-on technical expertise with solution architecture, team leadership, client management and delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture and delivery of projects.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, data engineers, QA and DevOps engineers.
- Design scalable Azure and Databricks-based data platforms, pipelines and solutions.
- Design and develop backend services, REST APIs and microservices using Python and related technologies.
- Provide technical direction for frontend/backend integration and modern application architecture.
- Own DevOps, deployment and release processes, including Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
- Conduct architecture/design reviews and establish coding,
testing, security and deployment best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, architecture diagrams and implementation plans.
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders, managing technical discussions, requirements and solution decisions.
- Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, performance, security, reliability and maintainability.
