Tavant Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead for our Salesforce Data Cloud team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of effective data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design data models, and ensure that best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Your expertise will be pivotal in driving successful Salesforce implementations and ensuring data integrity and accessibility for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers in designing and implementing data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and ETL processes within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of data needs and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Implement data governance and management strategies to ensure high data quality and compliance.




- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Data Cloud features and best practices to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and its architecture.
- Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data transformation techniques.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Apex, Java, or Python.
- Experience with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with data governance and management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on teamwork.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
