Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations and project management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices, along with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive project success and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance, to ensure project alignment.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance project efficiency.




- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Project Management).
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with other CRM systems and integration tools.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce project management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a rapid-paced environment.
