We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead with 10-14 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions . The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript, and Azure-based integrations .

This role requires a combination of technical leadership, solution architecture, project delivery ownership, and stakeholder management . The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end technical execution, driving solution design, managing delivery milestones, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful release and deployment activities.

Experience working with Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps , and cross-functional teams in Agile environments is essential.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in leading development teams, reviewing technical solutions, defining delivery plans, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and compliant CRM implementations that align with business objectives.

Experience Requirements:

- 10 - 14 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform.
- Robust understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, JavaScript, and integrations.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similar integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.




- Own end-to-end technical execution across multiple workstreams within the program.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to development teams.
- Review solution designs, code, and technical deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Drive estimation, technical planning, and sprint/release planning activities.
- Define and track delivery milestones, ensuring work progresses according to committed ETAs.
- Monitor progress against project plans and proactively identify schedule risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure, Integration, and Release teams to ensure delivery readiness.
- Own release planning and deployment coordination to ensure successful execution against committed drop dates.
- Facilitate technical discussions, design reviews, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
- Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation plans.
- Ensure production readiness through deployment planning, validation, rollback planning, and post-deployment support.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, release processes, and delivery execution.
- Communicate delivery status, risks, blockers, and mitigation plans to program leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, governance processes, and compliance requirements.

Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Vadodara Shift Time: 4 PM to 1 AM IST
