The Role

Were looking for a high-ownership Tech Lead Backend who can design, build, and scale the systems that keep commerce moving at speed.

What Youll Do

- Own backend architecture and design decisions across microservices

- Write clean, production-grade code and lead by example

- Drive engineering best practices code reviews, system design, and documentation

- Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable systems

- Collaborate closely with Product, Mobile, Data, and UX teams

- Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team

- Own reliability, performance, and scalability of core platform services

Were Looking For Someone Who

- Has 8+ years of backend engineering experience, with 2+ years in a Tech Lead or senior role

- Has solid hands-on experience in Go (Golang), Node.js, or C#/.NET

- Deeply understands microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and cloud infrastructure

- Is a first-principles thinker who owns outcomes, not just tickets

- Has experience with logistics, B2B commerce, or high-throughput transactional systems (preferred)

- Writes systems that are edge-case-proof and built to last
