What We re Looking For

- 7-8 years of Java/Spring Boot development with at least 3 years in a tech lead or architect role.

- Demonstrated experience building financial, ERP, or reporting platforms - consolidation, GL, or close management domain knowledge is a strong plus.

- Hands-on experience with cloud-native deployments (AWS preferred), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and DevSecOps practices.

- Solid grasp of multithreading, performance optimization, and building audit-grade systems.

- Experience integrating AI/ML features into enterprise Java applications is a differentiator. Excellent communication - you ll interact directly with client functional teams during UAT and go-live cycles.
