Senior Application softwarePackaging Analytics Lead Specialist

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Application Packaging, Business Intelligence/Analytics, and L2/L3 Technical Support.

- Technical Skill Set 1

- Lead end-to-end application packaging, scripting, and deployment

- Scripting Customization: Author, maintain, and enhance enterprise-level deployment scripts using Wise Script, VBScript, InstallScript, and Windows Command Shell (.bat) to execute complex customizations.

- Package applications end-to-end and publish them to enterprise AppStores for user self-service deployment via SCCM .

- Conduct rigorous technical reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with enterprise packaging standards before deployment.

- Technical Skill Set 2





- Business Intelligence subject matter expert across Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, and Qlik Sense.

- Advanced Excel (Expert Level): Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Data Modeling, VBA/Macros.

- Other SKills

- Process Framework: ITIL Framework (Release Management, Incident Management), QA Testing Standards.
