We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of next-generation Telematics and Core Information Software platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern C++, Embedded Linux, distributed systems, and software architecture, while remaining hands-on in coding, debugging, and technical problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive software architecture for Telematics and Core Information Software platforms.

- Lead technical design, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices.

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions using C modern C++.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

- Design and implement middleware and communication frameworks using MQTT, ROS2, and gRPC.

- Drive software quality through code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

- Lead performance optimization, root cause analysis, and debugging of complex embedded systems.

- Champion AI-powered engineering practices and adoption of Agentic AI frameworks to improve software development productivity.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related field.

- 14+ years of experience in software development with significant experience in Telematics, Connected Systems, or Embedded Software.
