Work location: Hyderabad

Work mode: 5 days work from office (day/general shift)

Work experience: 7 to 10 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Lead end-to-end AI/ML solutions with 7 -10 years of hands-on experience across Data Science and AI.

2.Banking domain experience candidates are preferred.

3.Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI.

4.Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation, and LLMOps.

5.Proven experience designing and building Agentic AI systems, AI agents, tool calling, MCP, memory, and multi-agent architectures.

6.Strong knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, feature engineering, ETL/ELT, databases, and distributed data processing.

7.Experience with AutoML, model experimentation, optimization, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.

8.Strong expertise in AI/ML system architecture, scalability, performance optimization, cloud, APIs, and distributed systems.

9.Ability to independently drive product design, AI solution design, architecture, POCs, and production implementations.





10.Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience using modern AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and deployment technologies.

11.Lead technical teams, mentor engineers /data scientists, make architecture decisions, and translate business requirements into scalable AI products.
