? Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Implementation Coordinator to manage the end-to-end implementation of digital solutions for clients and partners. The role will coordinate activities from initial request intake through implementation, configuration, and post-implementation hypercare, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and successful adoption of digital solutions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage new implementation requests, including information validation, data entry, file uploads, and cross-functional coordination.
- Gather missing information and ensure all prerequisites are completed before implementation begins.
- Track ongoing and completed implementations and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources and ensure implementation activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Identify and resolve implementation blockers by collaborating with clients and internal teams such as Sales and Customer Service.
- Perform solution configuration based on the assigned digital product.
- Provide temporary post-implementation hypercare support before transition to the appropriate support team.
- Handle additional user/account configuration requests as required.
- Maintain accurate implementation and ticket-management records.
- Contribute to process improvement, process mapping, and implementation optimization.

? Required Skills & Experience




- 3+ years of experience in product/solution implementation.
- Healthcare industry experience is required.
- Knowledge of implementation, customer service, and ticket-management processes.
- Understanding of clinical workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and priority-management abilities.
- Technically savvy with the ability to learn and configure digital solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills.

? Preferred Experience
- Technical product/customer service experience.
- Healthcare technology experience.
- Laboratory / Lab industry experience.
- Experience working with digital products or technology solutions.

? Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Economics, or a related field – Preferred.
- Master’s degree / MS / MBA – Preferred.
