About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong and learner-focused Technical Instructor & Learner Support professional to join Team CodeWithHarry.

The role involves a combination of technical query resolution, learner support, and content-related assistance across Python, C, Data Analytics, and Data Science programs. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners at different levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Python & C Instruction: Deliver clear and practical instruction on Python and C programming, helping learners understand concepts, solve problems, debug code, and strengthen their programming fundamentals.
- Udemy Q&A; Support: Handle and resolve learner queries related to Python and C courses on Udemy with accurate, timely, and easy-to-understand responses.
- Website Technical Support: Address programming and technical queries received through the CodeWithHarry website and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
- DA/DS Learner Support: Resolve learner queries related to Data Analytics and Data Science courses, including Python, SQL, data analysis, statistics, assignments, and related technical concepts.
- Learner Guidance & Issue Resolution: Identify learner difficulties, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide learners toward relevant course resources and solutions to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Feedback & Process Improvement:



Track recurring learner queries and common issues, share insights with internal teams, and contribute to improving course content, FAQs, and learner support processes.

Required Skills
- Robust understanding of Python and C programming.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Data Analytics and Data Science concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL, Pandas, NumPy, data visualization, and basic statistics is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple language.
- Comfortable working with learners and handling multiple queries.
- Good attention to detail and ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a technical instructor, teaching assistant, developer, technical support executive, or learner support professional.
- Experience working with online learning platforms such as Udemy is a plus.
- Teaching, mentoring, or community-support experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
