Experience: 8 Years

Role Objective: Responsible for end-to-end service delivery, uptime, breakdown management, and customer satisfaction across all installed PSA Oxygen Plants within the assigned region.

- Penalty Control & Reduction
- Spare Parts & Inventory Coordination
- Customer Management & Escalation Handling
- Service Documentation & Dashboard Management
- Cost & Budget Control
- Engineer Competency & Service Gap Analysis
- Monthly Service Performance Review Meetings

Preferred Profile:

- 8 years of experience in PSA/Oxygen Plant service operations or biomedical/medical gas equipment.
- Strong experience in team handling, breakdown management, customer coordination, and service operations.
- Valuable communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
