- Lead, mentor, and oversee the Design and Estimation engineering team to ensure accurate, high-quality, and timely project delivery.
- Provide strategic direction and final approval for comprehensive techno-commercial proposals, cost estimations, and risk assessments for major projects.
- Approve final engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications prior to client submission or production.
- Ensure absolute organizational compliance with relevant standards (IEC) and quality management systems.
- Act as the primary technical interface with consultants, clients, and internal departments (Sales, Procurement, Production) to resolve complex engineering challenges.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in Electrical Design & Estimation, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
- Robust proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN), advanced estimation tools, and ERP systems.
- Experience in leading technical teams, managing complex tenders, and delivering high-value techno-commercial proposals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
